Privacy Policy

The website vaaau.eu (the “Site”) and the Vaaau product are operated by PROFSOFT GLOBAL - FZCO, a free zone company incorporated in the United Arab Emirates (“we”, “us”, “our”). We act as the data controller for the personal data described in this policy. You can reach us at info@vaaau.eu.

The Site is a pre-launch landing page, and we deliberately collect very little:

• Waitlist form: your email address and the language you used on the Site.
• Investor / partner form: your name, email address, the message you write, and the language you used.
• Technical data: a functional cookie storing your language preference and — only if you accept analytics in the cookie banner — aggregate usage statistics via Google Analytics. We do not use advertising trackers on the Site.

We use waitlist emails solely to announce the launch of Vaaau and grant early access. We use investor form submissions solely to respond to your enquiry. The legal basis for both is your consent, given when you submit a form. You can withdraw consent at any time (see Section 7).

Form submissions are stored with Resend, Inc. (resend.com), our email service provider, which processes data on our behalf under its data processing terms. The Site itself is served by our hosting provider, which may process standard server logs (IP address, user agent) for security and operations. If you consent to analytics cookies, usage statistics are processed by Google Ireland Ltd. (Google Analytics 4) on our behalf. We do not sell or rent your personal data to anyone.

Waitlist contacts are kept until the launch communication cycle ends or until you unsubscribe, whichever comes first. Investor enquiries are kept for as long as needed to handle the conversation. You may request deletion at any time.

We share personal data only with the service providers named above, strictly to operate the Site, and where required by applicable law. We do not sell personal data and we do not share it for advertising purposes.

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data, object to or restrict its processing, request portability, and withdraw consent at any time. If you are in the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom, these rights are granted to you under the GDPR / UK GDPR, and you also have the right to lodge a complaint with your local supervisory authority. The Site sets one functional cookie, locale, which remembers your language choice for one year. It contains no identifiers and is not used for tracking; it requires no consent.

If — and only if — you click “Accept” in the cookie banner, we additionally load Google Analytics 4, which sets the _ga and _ga_* cookies to measure aggregate site usage (pages visited, approximate region, device type). IP addresses are anonymized. If you decline, no analytics cookies are set, and you can change your mind at any time by clearing the Site's data in your browser. No advertising cookies are used in either case.

The Site is not directed at children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect their data. If you believe a child has submitted personal data to us, contact us and we will delete it.

We may update this policy as the product evolves — for example, when the Vaaau app launches with its own, more detailed privacy terms. The current version and its date are always published on this page. Material changes will be announced to waitlist subscribers by email.
